These aren’t for kids. They are commuting rentals for all ages just left wherever the last user chooses. (meaning your home or business if that is what is convenient for the last user).
They need ones that can drive themselves to a more useful place.
No wonder diabetes is rampant in this county, people can’t even bother to frickin’ walk a few blocks.
