Well, this vanity is certainly news.
Because vanities are news. Yeah baby.
They go a bit far when they say he has little talent and has coasted on Star Wars. He has had a successful career as a voice actor and is considered by many to be the definitive Joker. But, that doesn’t erase the fact that he’s a grade A a-hole and has been for as long as I can remember. He was spouting his leftist crap back in the ‘90s.

There were plenty of voice actors that could best him, seriously. Having to fall back on voice gigs tells you where he was in the HW pecking order.
His voice gigs were not cast because of superior talent, they were because he was a SAG member with a known name. Other better talented voice actors were passed over.
Damn it, and he’s such a good voice actor for Joker too.

He got a break when he, a 3rd-rate actor coming off stints like playing a druggie teen on The Streets of San Francisco, somehow lucked into being cast in a (relatively) low-budget flick that turned into a blockbuster. He apparently signed on for 0.25% of the gross, which turned into a hell of a lot of $$$, though nowhere near Alec Guinness’ 2.25%. Poor James Earl Jones unwisely rejected points in favor of the princely sum of $7,000.
That’s my advice to you w/r to your crusade to harass posters.... stop reading the content you don’t like. Try it yourself.
