What are "both sides of this conflict"? One girl lied and tried to frame three boys of something they did not do. That's the only side any rational person can see. What is this "tremendous pain and hurt" on the other side? What kind of mealy-mouthed nonsense is this guy teaching these kids?

The alternative would be to say that a racist black girl lied, that a black did something wrong, that some whites were victims. They can’t say that, ever.
