The intelligence community between May 2018 and August 2019 secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings, according to a bombshell report on Friday by The Federalist.
The report by The Federalist’s Sean Davis raises questions about the intelligence community’s role amid a whistleblower complaint submitted against President Trump in August 2019, alleging he acted improperly when asking the president of Ukraine to assist in investigations into the origins of the Russia collusion allegations and alleged wrongdoing by Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
Davis’s report said a new whistleblower complaint form did not require potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing they are reporting.....

Won’t help the Socialist Democrats. There are a handful of members of Congress, Senators and Congresspersons, running against President Trump. The Senators and Congresspersons running for President who voted for impeachment are guilty of the same charge as President Trump is alleged; using their office (impeachment vote) to gain personal advantage (in election). What else did he miss? Well, VP Joe Biden in a video bragging about how he had his son’s Ukrainian prosecutor fired by withholding State Dept. funds with Hillary. Say, isn’t that the ‘crime’ alleged against the President? So where’s the impeachment of Biden and Obama as well?
The Congress, FBI, CIA and others hate Trump for not selling out to them. There is nothing they won’t do to protect their scam.
This way anyone can complain about anything at anytime and cause an investigation. Just another tool to be used to gum up the works. Hell, next week Joe Citizen will be able to just make stuff up that will be considered credible.
The CIA and FBI have become enemies of the citizens and should be disbanded.

Joe Citizen would be prosecuted for many of the crimes government employees get away with.
