The "laws" of physics are actually hypotheses, based on humanity's current and best understanding of the way the Universe works. Though Democrats pushing global warming as a tactic to achieve collectivism can claim "the science is settled", few physicists would ever say such a thing.
"One man's magic is another man's engineering. 'Supernatural' is a null word." -- Robert Heinlein
Yep, roger that! Me, I’m no physicist, I just go through life observing all kinds of things... questioning... all the while realizing I have zero control over most of it. It’s all about the peace of mind thing.
So, if the observers were honest about what they witnessed, and I know I’m being honest about what I saw and heard, and if the craft observed really did what they claimed it did and left no sonic booms... then I can only presume that either “they” have figured out how to go supersonic plus in our atmosphere all while bypassing the obstacles that had to be overcome to go supersonic in the first place and it is such a closely guarded secret (as if in this world anyone could ever keep secrets), OR “they” have figured out how to manipulate space/time in such a way as to create gravity waves that cause space/time to move around the objects in effect transporting or pulling the object (warping) to another location to make it seem like it’s travelling at super fantastic speeds. I don’t know... un un pentium?
In any case, what would cause me to lose any sleep at all over it is the idea that technology like that is ripe for being used, or worse... abused by “they”, whoever “they” are. Rumors, being rumors... “they” say the Nazis were developing these kinds of technologies at the end of WW2... AND, if the Nazis are in actuality “they”... what’s there to worry about?
Of course, there’s always the possibility that I’m just a little bit uninformed, and even though I have clearances, I obviously don’t have the need to know about these particular things... and like everyone else, I’m left out here in the void of speculation. I’m just going through life observing and questioning.
The deceased Robert A. Heinlein has already found out, as will you someday: there is a Being above and beyond this universe, who Created it ex nihilo, from nothing. His name is Jesus Christ. He is the definition of Supernatural.
Well put.
