I see a different scenerio.The Dems do vote for impeachment. It then moves on to the Senate, which will not vote to remove Trump from office. However, the President's attorneys will have the right to subpoena and question ANYONE THEY WANT.. That is different than Mueller which was very one-sided. Since part of the call involved Crowdstrike, during the impeachment trial Trumps lawyers can call James Comey, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce Ohr, Glenn Simpson, Donna Brazile, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch,Christopher Steele, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper to testify. And concerning the Biden aspect of the call, they can call Biden, his son, Kerry's son, Kerry, and even Obama. A lot of dirt will be dug up, a lot of truth will be unveiled, and there will many cutting deals to save their own skins. A lot of democrats will start being charged and possibly going to prison because for the first time, Trumps lawyers the RIGHT to question all of these people under oath

Actually there is one judge, the presiding judge, the Chief Justice . Which with the way Roberts has been acting lately, means the Dems will be controlling the judge.

Read your copy of the U. S. Constitution. The Chief Justice presides over the trial in the Senate. It's right there in black and white.
