I bothered to read the actual transcript of the phone call. They make the disclaimer that it isn’t verbatum,


These calls are recorded. An actual transcript would be a verbatim transcript. Any other written form about the call is just notes from which only an outline can be discerned.

They’re not recorded. That was stopped after Nixon. Only written notes by multiple people during the same conversation.

I’m not sure they are recorded. I read where presidents after Nixon don’t want to end up with the tapes like he had. Although having guys sit in on the call and take notes on it is pretty much the same thing. Or worse when the transcription isn’t precise.

Although perhaps they were recorded on the Ukraine end.
