Will check him again. Wictor was very good but went off the rails about Q. The Quodverum twitter type thing I found impossible to navigate, sadly. THeir article part is easier.

THE FAKE WHISTLEBLOWER WHO'S REALLY AN ILLEGAL LEAKER USED THE ***OLD*** FORM THAT SPECIFICALLY SAYS 2ND HAND HEARSAY IS NOT PERMISSIBLE FOR A VALID COMPLAINT.

They **CHANGED THE FORM** after the fact, after the complaint was filed!
