No, but it wouldn't surprise me if she had a basis for the statement. She is not quite as wacky as most of the rest of the RAT candidates, aside from her global warming delusion (and of course the socialist thing). In any event, she is a smart lawyer with (I believe) SCOTUS aspirations someday.
