I thought just these words would suffice...
“conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States..”
I could readily agree.
However, I could also easily imagine that a fair number of folks would insist that because military force is not involved, such does not meet the standard for sedition. I agree with you. But I think that would likely be a sticking point for the other side.
