This from Wikipedia about RICO:

“The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering and allows the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes they ordered others to do or assisted them in doing, closing a perceived loophole that allowed a person who instructed someone else to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually commit the crime personally.”

The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering and allows the leaders of a syndicate

And because we all want to know (and of course the Dims will say they're not a "syndicate"...)

syndicate

noun syn·di·cate | \ ˈsin-di-kət

\ Definition of syndicate

(Entry 1 of 2)

1a : a council or body of syndics

b : the office or jurisdiction of a syndic

2 : an association of persons officially authorized to undertake a duty or negotiate business

3a : a group of persons or concerns who combine to carry out a particular transaction or project

b : cartel sense 2

c : a loose association of racketeers in control of organized crime

In this instance, the Dims would fall into (omg, if they only would...just fall off the face of the earth)Def. 3b:Cartel Sense 3... which is

Definition of cartel 1 : a written agreement between belligerent nations

2 : a combination of independent commercial or industrial enterprises designed to limit competition or fix prices illegal drug cartels

3 : a combination of political groups for common action

I'll take Cartel Sense 3 for Life In Prison, Alex.

Seth Rich, the Las Vegas massacre, all the MK Ultra mass shootings, comes to mind. I do hope we're about to get justice for the victims of these terrible deep state crimes and then some.
