The teacher is at fault here, not the child. Calling state authorities in this is creepy.
there is probably a lot more to this story.
was the boy doing more than hugging?...perhaps humping another child....grabbing another little kid and force kissed them.....and it sounds like this is not the first time.....
I have a grandson on the autism spectrum..they do know right from wrong.....
and I would bet if it was one's own little 5 yro girl being grabbed against her will people would be a little less tolerant.....
