I read over the whistleblower's document. One thing that stands out is that it is a saga of individuals' travels, reported individual conversations, media reports, assumptions of cause and effect, and an obvious partisan interpretation of events.

The President is not subject to review and judgment by the intel community. All of this is second hand reporting. This appears unprecedented. It effectively makes it impossible for the President to have a private conversation with foreign leaders.
