Industrial chemicals, that is exactly what they are. Actually I think a lot of that stuff was invented by people sitting around wondering “What can we make out of these barrels of hazmat?”
Please tell me this is fake. Please.
Absolutely incredible. I think I’ll go read Eye The Spy to cheer up!
Darkest before dawn.
It definitely seems a violation of their own regulations. Beebe quotes statute, I guess those are laws.
It’s like fake hate crimes.
Relieved to see previous disclosure forms also made it explicit that whistleblowers may file protected disclosures based on indirect knowledge of misconduct or abuse. https://t.co/3A772DCQ6F— Julian Sanchez (@normative) September 27, 2019
thanx.
I no longer have that question. I now believe the form change was made to align with the existing rule. (Timing sux)
check this out and note the link that helped change my mind.

I don’t know, not being a lawyer.
Here is a link to the Office of the Inspector General:
https://oig.justice.gov/hotline/whistleblower-protection.htm
“In addition, section 8H of the Inspector General Act sets forth a detailed process for employees in the Intelligence Community, including FBI employees and employees of FBI contractors, who intend to provide classified information to Congress. Prior to initiating a report of classified information under section 8H of the Inspector General Act, the employee should carefully review the Inspector General Acts provisions or contact the OIG Whistleblower Protection Coordinator for additional information.”
If A Shiff knew of the complaint it then classified information was transmitted outside the IG chain of custody.
In addition, I saw this “A Report to the President and the Congress of the United States” It is from 2010. ((I posted it on another thread)

To make the discussion of whistleblowing easier in this report, we will define a violation of any law, rule, or regulation; gross mismanagement; a gross waste of funds; an abuse of authority; or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety as wrongdoing.11 We will describe a person who seeks to disclose wrongdoing as a potential whistleblower and a person who is actually protected under the law, complete with jurisdiction to have a claim of retaliation heard by the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, as a protected whistleblower. As this report will demonstrate, not every potential whistleblower is protected under the law......
What constitutes a Whistleblower?...(excerptsee entire list)
Prohibited by Law or Executive Order
.....Prohibited by Law or Executive Order”
If, in the course of making a report of wrongdoing, the potential whistleblower makes a disclosure that is specifically ordered by law or Executive Order to be kept secret in the interest of national defense or the conduct of foreign affairs, then the disclosure is prohibited by law and the report of wrongdoing will not be protected unless it is to the agencys Inspector General, to another employee designated by the head of the agency to receive such disclosures or to the Office of the Special Counsel.69 If the disclosure is not subject to such a prohibition, then the disclosure is not limited to these three parties and reports to other recipients, such as the media, may be protected. This makes the meaning of prohibited by law rather important.
The reason the complaint was sent to DOJ to determine if executive privilege applied...
As I read this the A.Shiff-puppet potential whistleblower reported something relating to the conduct of Foreign policy
which is prohibited by law and should not recieve any legal protection.
I think that Trump needs to get Gina H. to revoke the altered form re 2nd hand info unless there was some change to law that allowed it.
Ummm... they process / transport volatile and highly flammable petroleum products?
I thought you were smarter than that... '-}

I just checked Julian Sanchez. If you read more of his stuff, he is not a Trump fan, for one thing. For anohter, if you check out ALL of this thread by Beebe, and it is replete with copies of the actual forms, statutes and so on, you will see who is correct (and it is not Sanchez). If you are tired of the whole thing, no worry. But I got 100% convinced.

Sorry ... no ... that’s why they need the children - and how they keep themselves along (or try - Maranatha!) WWG1WGA :)
Moot was the wrong word. The information appeared to indicate that the whistle blower laws probably don’t apply for various reasons. The statutes have been carefully crafted to protect legitimate whistle blowers and this current goober does not qualify for the that category.
If new info comes in that would change that category I will be all ears.
This was a stupid hail Mary pass and it was abuse of the system.
Amen to your prayer.
Trader Joe's has a candy corn popcorn for the pumpkin spice season. Don't ask me how I know.
FBI, IRS continue raids by targeting 3 village offices in Cook County

Federal agents raided the offices of three suburban villages, including one governed by a mayor who doubles as a Cook County commissioner. All three are in the district of state Sen. Martin Sandoval, also the subject of a federal raid.
A trio of west suburban villages in Cook County were the latest subjects of an escalating federal corruption probe in Illinois, with all three in the district of a state senator who also was the target of federal raids two days earlier.
State Department steps up email probe of Clinton’s former aides

WASHINGTON - The Trump administration is investigating the email records of dozens of current and former senior State Department officials who sent messages to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email, reviving a politically toxic matter that overshadowed the 2016 election, current and former officials said.
Sorry so long to reply, been sick all day like a 24 hr. flu but feel great now. And my heads out of the clouds too.
