Where did you get that idea? That's a statement by YOU, and to back it up, you must have studies that convinced you of it. So, can we see the study and data?
BTW, I was born in Puerto Rico, and a huge number of the population in NYC are Puerto Ricans. There's a good chance that the jumper was a Puerto Rican. Or, perhaps you consider Puerto Ricans to be illegals too?

I've worked with a number of folks from Puerto Rico, and they were all good folk, but they all did seem to want to return to the island when they retired with nice pensions.
