He was not court-martialed. He was administratively discharged. So, he could only get a general, not a BCD. He also had a drug waiver to get in. A loser on so many fronts.

First of all thank you for your service and to quote one JAG, I use to stand watch with all the time, “Being a JAG Officer is a loner existence because the Captain doesn’t really trust you and 95% of the Men(Women) hate you!” Hunter had no business even getting in the Reserves given his history. I think Daddy brought his commission and the media keep his discharge a near secret.
