This is very confusing. Did Scott Adams draw Jake Tapper as the Dilbert or are you saying Jake Tapper actually Drew this and then put Scott Adams’ name on it? Somebody please explain.

Comic strip artists will on occasion have a guest put their own spin on the artist’s characters, just for a lark. Usually it’s another famous comic artist. However, for whatever reason. Scott Adams allowed Jake Tapper to do a guest spot.
