Great post! All comes down to net in vs. net out, but there are a ton of variables in that simple equation that are unique to that individual.
In 30 years, we will be finding out that all this carb elimination led to X.
Moderation is not part of the mindset of many these days.
Never subscribed to the theory of "net in vs. net out".
Try eating 2,500 calories a day of processed foods with lots of corn syrup and hydrogenated oils (donuts, pop tarts, chips, pastries, cereals, microwavable frozen foods) vs 2,500 calories of nothing but natural unprocessed foods (meat, fish, nuts, berries, veggies, eggs, etc) and check with me six months after that!
