If you eat more calories than your activity level and metabolism can burn and you do not poop the excess out because of inefficient digestive absorption they will be stored as fat. This is true even if you are throwing all the buns from your hamburgers away, or living only on bacon.
True, but it says nothing about cause and effect and doesn't provide any useful information about how to change things.

Carbs make you Hungry 3-6 times per day, because of Insulin, use them or not, Eat Fat and you eat once a day if you remember to, then Food/Eating does not run your life.
If you eat Fats and Carbs together, you will definitely Get Fat... No doubt about that
Still a Fact ... You cannot Grow Fat without Insulin... Period so Cut the Carbs and Eat all the Fat you want... You just naturally don’t because you are not Hungry.
