It should also be mentioned that virtually every party store and gas station in Detroit are owned by middle easterners. They're the only ones willing to put up with the citizens of that city.
The owner of my local Marathon used to have a station in Detroit and you should hear some of the problems he had. He finally had to come out here to the subs........
Very few people have the half million often required to open a gas station, unless they are from the Middle East or India and are bringing over their entire wealth of the clan.
Yeah... I remember when, I think it was mooshell (?), was talking about "food deserts".. All the grocery stores had to close because the local natives didn't like paying for their stuff..
I suppose "givesmedat" becomes the prevailing mindset when you become "WOKE".. :)

I know a guy who emigrated here from India years ago. Now a US Citizen.
He looked into buying a gas station/convenience store. He ran the numbers and found that if he busted his hump 60-70 hours per week and risked getting shot on a nightly basis, he might clear $50K in profit by the end of the year.
He declined. You’d have to be a certain type of desperate to take that deal.
