Note this teenager is picked up and carried to the vehicle while two small children (hers?) scream and cry and what may be her mother arguing bravely on her behalf. Where is the left when children are REALLY being brutally separated from their mothers?

This confuses me; I thought Russia controlled Kazakhstan. Russia launches all its major space shots from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, in an area of southern Kazakhstan leased to Russia. {Would we lease parts of Mexico to launch our top space technology?}
