Due to my job i have been sleep deprived along with abnormal sleep patterns/times.
Lately, and i’m not kidding i feel like i have a brain tumor. weird buzzing in my head, dizzyness, numb pains in the back corner of my skull....

Either it’s the sleep thing or i need to get a MRI YESTERDAY.
Unfortunately i have no med insurance at least for the next few months..
This sucks and has me worried.

Due to my job i have been sleep deprived along with abnormal sleep patterns/times.

A neighbor works in a hospital and picks up all the extra hours he can, 8 one day and 16 the next few days... he volunteers for this!
After he retired they made him an offer he could not refuse and he is back at it.
He does take off for extended hunting seasons still, I don’t know how he does it?

Sounds like stress but there are lots of things that could cause it. Irregular sleep can also mess with your body’s timing and ability to produce insulin so you might want to watch your sugar intake and try to focus on foods that are high fiber and high protein and have to be digested slowly- whole grains, nuts, beans, unprocessed food.

The E.R. will give you a brain scan. I’m 72 and on medicare, so maybe you can’t do it, but I would look into it.

I’ve had two “near syncope” events in the last four years and I went to the E.R. both times. I suddenly felt extremely dizzy while fixing dinner, had to hold on the the sink to keep from going down.

My wife can no longer drive so she had our daughter drive in and she took us to the E.R. I got a chest XRAY that shows a calcified aorta and a CT scan that shows mild cerebral atrophy (unchanged in four years thank God).

The doctors wrote it off to fatigue and lack of sleep.

During the event, I saw patterns of small glittery triangles in my field of vision, my arms and legs were extremely fatigued, my arms and chest were itching, and it felt like someone had caned my abdominal muscles.
