Absolutely yes.

The purpose of whistleblower regulations is to bring government malfeasance to the attention of a person who has the power to investigate.

In "regular world," a credible allegation of for example child abuse will be investigated, even if the allegation comes via hearsay.

The issue with this complaint, and this issue was specifically identified in the Septemeber 13 letter from DOJ to Schiff, et al, is that the complaint is of a matter not in the ICIG's jurisdiction.

It's like calling the IRS because somebody is speeding on the road in front of your house.

thanx...I think...I wonder why we aren’t hearing of an investigation into uncovering the actual spy of the conversation. Were they “present” or where they listening via a bug ?
