The whole book was at the link from Neon Revolt dated August 16, 2018.

It disappeared as I was trying scan it. There was a logo of the CIA next it so I clicked it to see if I could find the thing, no success. Seems kinda odd.

ThanQ. I am still trying to decide if I will read it or not. I just scanned a few pages and OMG the names, organizations, dates and places were enough to scare me a little.
