Andrew Mcarthy says that comment by POTUS referred to the ongoing US Justice Departments investigation on the origins of the Russia hoax.
Grant it anyone can attribute anything to the comment.
* Which means it will not pass muster in a US Senate court room for impeachment.
May not even pass in the House! Ha!
