They appear to be upside down to me in photo you posted which might make sense being on the opposite side of the pond.
I guess a MIRROR image would be upside down right?
Based on other photos taken at the same meeting of McNoName and the Happy Jihadis, I would suggest that there is a resemblance when only details of that background are seen, but images showing more of the design make it look less "spider web"-like. JMHO.
