Looks like he was way over to the left and over-corrected. Classic loss of concentration/dozing off accident.
You hear the rumble strips on the right, and you jerk the wheel to the left. Next thing you know, you're off the road on the Left. Good thing there was a guard rail.

Looks like a car(s) in front was turning into the Pines Rest area (the Blue Restroom sign), he went off the right shoulder to avoid rear-ending it, then over corrected left and rolled it.
