A federal judge ruled on Thursday, Sept. 19 that a newly passed election law in California would cause President Donald Trump and other presidential candidates “irreparable harm without temporary relief” and issued a temporary injunction. Be better if it was a Trump appointed 9th circuit judge. Trump has almost totally silenced the liberal ruled 9th circuit.

a temporary blockage does not mean he is going to rule for Trump.

Even if he rules for Trump, it will be shopped to a friendly 9th Circuit panel to overturn it. SC won’t take it up since it’s only an issue in one circuit at this time.

No, the Supremes will take the case.

So eventually Trump wins.

States are no allowed to ad requirements for Federal offices controlled by the US Constitution.

Tis a no brainer.
