From "Pitch Problem On Second Airbus A320 Family Aircraft" by Thomas Jérémie Hayden-Lefebvre, August 6, 2019, Simple Flying:
Airbus said that the angle of attack issue facing the A320neo requires the combination of four conditions:
  1. the aircraft has aft biased center of gravity
  2. the aircraft is undergoing a sustained and continuous deceleration
  3. the aircraft is in an approach or landing configuration
  4. the crew performs a dynamic pitch-up maneuver
So, if I read that right, a go-round during landing could cause pitch-up problems if CG is aft-biased.

The posted article says "The A320Neo has five cargo compartments. Compartment 5, which is near the tail end is being kept empty. Compartment 3 and 4 are loaded less and compartment 1 and 2 which are near the nose are loaded more...carriers like Lufthansa and British Airways have 32 row of seats. Our A320Neos only have 31 rows of seats and so the last row is not being kept vacant, instead the adjustments are done in the cargo compartment.

One would imagine keeping Compartment 5 empty and Row 32 empty would affect flight economics and not in a favorable way.

I read somewhere that this AD applies only to those 320NEOs having ACF (Aircraft Cabin Flex) wherein the placement of lavatories and galleys is moved aft to accomodate the extra row.

If this indeed the case, I dunno why the Indian airlines are concerned. None as yet have ACF aircraft.
