One problem (of many) with an abortion clinic is getting competent people. Sooner or later the smart people see that it's a real baby and realize what is happening - they leave.

What's left is often the unthinking, the lazy, the desperate and the evil ones. The liberal dream of a shiny, clean, well run medical facility never materializes. Every aspect of the abortion clinic is poorly run.
