There is some normal rotation of units overseas, to support ongoing operations/deployments (like Afghanistan and Iraq), but not the kind of activations that might require dozens of RORO ships (each of which could deploy a Brigade’s worth of equipment - enough ships for another Desert Storm).
The National Guard troops have shown themselves to be excellent troops at their jobs.
