I was never a fan of Clarence Carter.
But Clarence Clemons is another story...at least before Bruce became the phony rock star, “BRUCE”.
I saw an interview with BS (fitting initials) who said he liked the sax sound of the Dave Clark 5 and wanted that same sound in his band...and that led to Clarence Clemons.
