The spread of extremist Islam is independent of any thing Carter did, or didn’t do.

It’s been going on for 1,300 years.

To stop it you’d have to kill each and every one of them.

Yup, Each and every last one of them needs to hunted down like the rabid dogs they are. There is absolutely NOTHING redeeming about Islam. It was meant to appeal to the basest of human instincts and immorality.

Well now you are making a positive suggestion.

Seriously, while we can't do that, we have pissed away opportunities to hurt the spread of Islam in a serious way. Instead the west has encouraged its spread. Laying the groundwork for the future deaths of many innocent westerners.

We can't "kill each and every one of them" but the reality is that in order to survive as a culture, we will at some point be forced to kill a lot of them.

Not being on constant offense against Islam is tantamount to surrendering.
