The illegal immigrants filing the lawsuit are shielded from deportation by President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.DACA was an executive order, not legislation. It can therefore be rescinded by an executive order, starting with removing those either getting or suing to get benefits intended for citizens.
