Overturn DACA, then arrest these two creatures, and then drop them in shark-infested waters.
Cancel DACA, deport them all.
DACA was an executive order, not legislation. It can therefore be rescinded by an executive order, starting with removing those either getting or suing to get benefits intended for citizens.
Round em up ship em out!
I don’t even think it was an executive order but originally a policy memo in DHS. Its been allowed to achieve a legal status that it doesn’t deserve because of media advocacy for illegals.
Illegal aliens are the scum of the earth.
You may not be able to deport them all at once. But you can start with those filing suits and filing for benefits.
I wonder who is helping them navigate the legal system. Follow that money.
I hope this one gets to The Supreme Court and FAST!
There is no way illegals have the right to claim Welfare and Benefits- and it needs a decision from the SC that the lower courts cannot overrule.
The SC should also rule on whether a judge in one district can impose his will on the entire country by judicial fiat.

I wonder who is paying the lawyers fees for this.
I’m sure they got the idea from Leftist Politicians.
That kind of headline used to be satirical.. now it’s typical.
