A big problem here is that the judge is a rat which was part of the plan.

Judge Sullivan was the hero in Powell’s book disclosing the prosecutorial crimes of Weissmann. Sullivan is the judge who dismissed the charges against Senator Stephens (R-AK).
He’s an unconventional rat though.
