Given the behavior of high school students, particularly on the lower socioeconomic side of the scale (regardless of race) I am sure a few stupid kids said stupid things to one another...

However, what the hell is there to investigate?

While someone using such language is inappropriate, it is NOT illegal.. Even if it is determined that some kids or adults behaved that way, what is there to investigate?

San Clemente is in Orange County and is a very well off town, mostly white but with a large Asian population. OC has been a target for a while as the last bastion of urban conservatism in California. With ballot harvesting the last go round they finally got a Dem in there. I think this story really reeks, personally. I’d love to see cell phone video and I want to know the identies of the San Clemente students purportedly making racist remarks.
