To continue:applea agreement in criminal proceeding cannot aa solve a party from civil liability. Point in case, O.J. Simpson, acquitted in criminal court, was declared liable for wrongful death in civil court.
The judge is either someone’s lackey or incompetent. The women need to appeal.

I heard plea agreements weren’t binding on estates either, but I am not sure of that as plea agreements can be exercised repeatedly in cases of divorce. Maybe it’s a different matter of family law vs criminal law.
