This scenario is much more in line with Q drops, as the link you provided for me indicates. The story didnt mean to back up Q drops, of course, but it did. Qs order of events, leading to Declass, bears out that Coats departure was necessary before other events had a prayer.
This is why I can admit I didnt follow the Gordon departure details recalling when she actually resigned. So thank you.
