I guess they are trying to prop up Biden like he's "Bernie" from the movie "Weekend at Bernie's" to protect him from indictment. I can't think of another actual reason they'd be putting the 'ol scare crow up in the fields right about now. Part of the left has not gotten the memo so their "handlers" on Twitter and elsewhere are swatting them with rhetorical shovels or writing Tweets like this one to get them on board:
