Motorcade arrived at the site of the president’s second fundraiser of the day at 5:06 p.m. local time.
The route from the landing zone took us up the 405, down Sunset Boulevard, past the UCLA campus and several gated homes. Streets were blocked off, but your pooler spotted a few onlookers who waved as the motorcade passed.
The president quote tweeted a message from Sen. Lindsey Graham as we pulled up to the residence.
As noted this morning, this fundraiser is at the home of real estate developer Geoff Palmer and is expected to bring in $5 million.
Pool is holding in vans outside the residence.
