See above. This should have died in the Senate, but we have quisling Republicans.

No matter.

If it passes the House, ti will go to Trump, who will veto it.

There are not the required 2/3rds votes in either house to overturn his veto, like last time. Maybe he will just pocket veto it, as he has vetoed this once in the past.
