The Count again collaborates with his friend Tom Davis to write a Latin piece. Salvador is about the language of Love and life on the streets. If you enjoy the music please subscribe to the channel.
I think the background music can be described as Bossa Nova or Rumba.
It’s very nice. Nightclub type music.
If the singing was as a duet, the voices are so similar, there’s only minimal gain from hearing that same
nasal tenor twice. It’s like an overdubbing of the same voice, with slight delay.
If there were areas of harmony, maybe having the Mike closer would be helpful. If you want to feature the vocals, then the accompaniments need to be toned down. All in all, it sounds like you all were having fun.
Nice guitar work.
Thanks for your kind remark.
Thanks lee for your kind and helpful remarks. It really wasn’t a duet — just the same singer Tom Davis. I think he was just trying to fatten things up, maybe like John Lennon use to do on his vocals. I say that with hesitation — I really don’t know. I was at the recording and there were girls voices recorded but not singing... and yes it was a very fun time.
