Prosecutors asked for less than what she was fined for.. IMHO she should have gotten more jail time than requested and less of a fine..
That kind of money is trivial to these people.. but time in jail will have far more impact than not being able to buy another designer purse.
10k more in fine is nothing.
Should have gotten a month in jail.
You should be fined and spend two weeks in the pokey for ending a sentence with a preposition. :-)
