She tried to have it both ways with her, “Nobody hates Trump more than me but we need to (fill in the blank) first.” That fill in the blank was the adult telling the child “We’ll see.” But, it hasn’t worked. The children are throwing a tantrum. She would have been better off with a firm, no nonsense, “No!” She played too much politics hoping that the children would forget about it and go after some other shiny object. I think she tried to take control with political reason and bargaining with The Squad. But they are all political neophytes and truly not ready for the jobs they hold. Thus The Squad has pushed the whole party towards the cliff, egged on by Trump’s tweets. I frankly don’t see how Nancy can stop this disaster. She is the leader being dragged into a losing battle by idiots.
