Why don’t they just forbid sex between any students for any reason? It’s an old rule, but much a clearer way of achieving their goal of disrupting a functional, heterosexual society. “Don’t” is a pretty clear statement of not giving consent.
“Stop” is a pretty clear statement of not giving consent.
“Don’t stop” - especially when said repeatedly - might just have a different meaning.
All of these BS classes on how to act with others regarding sex are just a bunch of pablum. Those who would rape or abuse others won’t be deterred or steered in another direction, and those who won’t ever do those things don’t need the class.

Consent is never a blanket statement, consent only applies to what is consented to, and can be withdrawn at any time, within reason, and failure to comply should be met with various disciplinary actions, depending on circumstance.
There is nothing non-conservative about this position. Obviously, biblical admonitions to wait until marriage would obviate much of this.
But if you can’t stop at any point, you shouldn’t start.
