I can see the need to marry a financially secure man. But where does the need to marry a college brainwashed man come into play?
Earning $53,000 is not that tough without a degree if you are willing to work. Many of the technical trades (electrician for example) start there with a low-life blue collar technical education. A few weeks of OJT will get many a $100,000 per year trucking job in the oil patch.
There’s too much emphasis on the college degree. I know of a few examples of people with college degrees that are just dumb as a box of rocks. The degree shows you have been educated, and does not mean you are smart. AOC is a shining example.
