That would be by choice though, not because they were outlawed as this concept in the OP is heading.
I bought new belts for my Mustang (who wants to trust 50 year old seatbelts?!) but what they’re talking about is a 4 or 5-point racing harness. I put them in one rod but they were a royal PITA to get into. No thanks.
