That is distort a comment into something other than what was said. The poster simply stated a desire that all smokers leave. There was no mention of exile, which would be something forced on them.
Very disingenuous on your part. The original article was about someone leaving the country and the poster desired that all other smokers go with him. What do you think would happen if someone who "wished" that upon others would do if they actually had the power to do it?
