I learned that most stuff in restaurants or stores that claim they are "Keto Friendly", aren't. I don't trust them. Better off making your own stuff.
Yes. I dunno aside from how overly processed or compromised typical supermarket items are, a rightful observation to be sure...I find this countrys propensity for fad diets equally disturbing. Just seems like another way of maintaining control and equilibrium in an uncertain world. Like a psychological self-medicating endeavor.

You are so on target there. I was watching an online ad for this wonderful cacao product called choc zero, supposedly keto-friendly - when I went to Amazon to look at the negative comments, it isn’t keto-friendly at all.
Read the labels, don’t get fooled by marketing. No manufactured foods. Leatn to lik new things.
